Thank you for shopping with **Aacure India**. We value your trust and aim to provide the best quality herbal products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns **only if**:

* You received a **wrong product**
* The product is **damaged** or **leaking** on arrival
* The product is **missing items** or **quantity mismatch**
* The product is **expired**

**Note:**
Due to the nature of herbal, food, and consumable items, **we do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered products** unless they arrived damaged.

2. Return Window

* You must raise a return request **within 48 hours of delivery**.
* After 48 hours, returns cannot be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

* Order ID
* Product photos/videos (showing the issue)
* Unboxing video (recommended)

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

* Received a **damaged** or **defective** product
* Received a **wrong item**
* Order canceled **before dispatch**

Refund Method

* Refunds will be processed to the **original payment method** or **bank account** within **3–7 business days** after approval.

5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we can offer:

**Free replacement** of the same product, or
**Full refund** if the product is out of stock

6. Order Cancellation

* Orders can be canceled **only before dispatch**.
* Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

7. Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned:

* Opened or used herbal products
* Food powders, seeds, beverages, teas
* Products damaged due to customer handling
* Items without original packaging

8. International Orders

For international customers:

* Returns are **not accepted** due to customs and logistics rules.
* Refunds are only given if the wrong product was shipped.
